Are there any additional costs?

No hidden fees. The price of your package covers everything included, such as coaching, support, and educational resources. However, if there are optional add-ons, such as equipment needed for your home gym, or extra sessions, these will be discussed upfront. We believe in full transparency, so you'll always know what you're investing in.

Programme Suitability

Do I need any prior fitness experience to start?

Absolutely not. Whether you’re just starting out or getting back into fitness after a break, our programmes are designed to meet you where you are. We take a truly personalised approach to ensure you progress at your own pace, safely and effectively. For beginners, we recommend starting with in-person sessions to build a strong foundation, and as you advance, we can transition you to more flexible options—saving you money as you grow more confident and skilled.

How do I know if I need an online or in-person programme?

During your strategy session, we’ll discuss your goals, confidence, and lifestyle to determine the best fit. In-person programmes offer a steeper learning curve, ideal for those developing their training competency (as mentioned above). As you progress, you can transition to a hybrid or online option, gaining more flexibility while maintaining support. Our goal is to help you become self-sufficient in your training, though many clients continue for the community and ongoing support.

Do I need access to a gym? Or can I train from home?

Our programmes are designed to be most effective in a fully equipped gym. However, home-based sessions can be discussed during your strategy session. We do require some base-level equipment to ensure you get the most out of your training programme.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on your goals and commitment, but clients often see significant changes in body composition, strength, and confidence.

Support & Flexibility

What support will I have outside of training sessions?

You’ll get weekly video check-ins, monthly or quarterly sessions (depending on your package), and 9-5 Mon-Fri WhatsApp support. There’s also a monthly 'Members Sit-Down' to share wins and set goals, plus full access to my Education Hub with valuable resources.

What happens if I miss a session?

In-person sessions must be completed within the month, but I allow a 1-month rollover if rescheduling isn’t possible and you give 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited.

What if I am away on holiday?

Online/Hybrid programmes can be adjusted to fit your schedule. For in-person clients, subscriptions run as normal, but missed sessions can roll over for up to 1 month if they can’t be rescheduled in the same calendar month.
