If This Sounds Like You…

  • You start strong… then work deadlines or family commitments knock you off track
  • You’ve trained before — but it never quite stuck
  • You’re capable in your career, but inconsistent with your health
  • You’re tired of resetting every few months

Or...

  • You’re starting properly for the first time
  • You feel unsure around free weights
  • You don’t want to look out of place or get it wrong
  • You want reassurance you’re doing things correctly from day one

Whether you’re restarting or just starting.
You don’t need more motivation.
You’re not unmotivated.
You’re overloaded.
You don’t need another challenge.
You need structure that respects your real life.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t another drop-in session you forget about by Thursday.

It’s not a class where you sweat, leave, and go straight back to old habits.

And it’s definitely not another six-week transformation that looks impressive on Instagram but collapses the moment life gets busy.

This is structured 1–1 coaching built around a 16-week framework designed to eliminate the start–stop cycle for good.

You’re not paying for workouts.

You’re investing in:

  • A system
  • Accountability
  • Clear progression
  • A coach who doesn’t disappear when motivation does

Over 16 weeks, you receive:

  • Personalised 1–1 coaching in a private studio
  • A progressive training plan tailored to your schedule
  • Structured nutrition guidance (without extremes)
  • Weekly accountability and intelligent adjustments
  • Clear performance tracking
  • Support when life gets chaotic — because it will

This isn’t about intensity for the sake of it.
It’s about building something that might still work in December.
 When you’ve got that deadline.
Or the kids are off school.

In busy periods.
That’s the aim.
That’s the difference.

The 16-Week Framework

This isn’t about going “all in” for a few intense weeks.
It’s about building something sustainable, deliberate, and built around your real life.

Over 16 weeks, we move through four phases.

Phase 1 – Foundations (Weeks 1–4)

We establish a routine that fits your actual week — not a fantasy schedule that only works when life is quiet.
You’ll gain clarity on:

  • What you’re doing
  • Why you’re doing it
  • How it fits around work, family, and commitments

The goal isn’t intensity.
It’s consistency.
We build your base properly so progress has somewhere solid to grow from.

Phase 2 – Progress (Weeks 5–8)

Now we build measurable progress.
You’ll feel stronger.
More technically confident.
Less unsure of yourself in the gym.
This is also where we expand beyond training.

We refine:

  • Nutrition for steady fat loss
  • Recovery around demanding weeks
  • Energy management
  • Smarter session adjustments

Progress becomes structured — not reactive.

You stop chasing effort.
You start building momentum.

Phase 3 – Integration (Weeks 9–12)

Now we pressure-test the system.
Work deadlines.
Travel.
Low energy.
School Holidays.
Unexpected disruptions.
Instead of falling off, you learn how to adjust intelligently and stay consistent.
At this stage, the goal isn’t perfection.
It’s learning how to adapt to keep moving forward.

We focus on:

  • Making smart adjustments without abandoning structure
  • Maintaining momentum during demanding weeks
  • Refining your nutrition when life becomes unpredictable
  • Keeping standards high without becoming all-or-nothing

This is where the start–stop cycle begins to break — not because life gets easier, but because your system becomes stronger.

Consistency stops being fragile.

It becomes dependable.

Phase 4 – Solidify (Weeks 13–16)

In the final phase, we consolidate everything you’ve built.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about locking in what works.

We refine:

  • The training structure that fits your lifestyle long-term
  • The nutrition approach you can sustain without extremes
  • The standards you hold yourself to
  • The decision-making process behind your training

By this stage, you’re no longer relying on accountability alone.
You understand the system.
You trust it.
And you know how to apply it independently.

You finish with:

  • A routine you can maintain through demanding seasons
  • Confidence with free weights and structured progression
  • A realistic, balanced approach to food
  • The ability to stay consistent without constantly restarting

By Week 16, you don’t just look different.

You operate differently.

You won’t rely on motivation.

You’ll rely on structure.

Real Results From Structured Coaching

NX Lifestyle Before and After

From Online Coach to Consistent and Confident

“Before working with Tom, I was with an online coach. I basically did the same workout for a year, and I soon plateaued. I was given a ridiculously low calorie target I think 1400?
Even before getting a coach, I’d start strong for a few weeks and then fall off. The structure of the 16-week programme has made it feel manageable and realistic. For the first time, I feel more confident walking into the gym with a plan that I actually enjoy.”  — Jake, Bushey

“No Longer Intimidated by the Gym”

“This is the first time I’ve consistently maintained any kind of exercise programme. I think I’ve been with Tom for well over 3 years now. I’m no longer intimidated by the training, and I love that I actually understand what I’m doing and why we are doing it.” — Fara, Bushey

“Lost 15kg — And Maintained It For Over Two Years”

“When I started with Tom, I struggled with routine and fat loss. What I needed wasn’t another quick fix; it was structure and accountability.
I went from 88kg to 73kg and now maintain comfortably without rebounding. More importantly, I’ve sustained my results for over two years.
Since then, I’ve completed two marathons and run a sub-20-minute 5K, all while staying injury-free.
Tom will definitely help you build something that lasts.”
— Jason, Stanmore

“Lost 10kg — And No Longer Intimidated by the Gym”

“My mindset has completely changed. I’m more confident, more consistent, and training now feels like part of my life — not something I constantly start and stop.
I’ve been able to lose 10kg so far and I feel completely different in my own skin. I’m no longer intimidated by the ‘men’s area’ of the gym, and I actually hate missing a session now, which still feels strange for me to say.
Clothes and jewellery fit way better, I was able to finally take a ring off after god knows how long and I even returned a dress I’d bought because it was too big for me… winning!
I would recommend Tom to anyone that’s looking to start a lifestyle journey, returning back to fitness, or might feel completely lost! — Hannah, Watford

Results achieved through consistent coaching over 16 weeks and beyond.

Individual results will vary.

Results don’t come from intensity.

They come from consistency — especially when life gets busy.

That’s what we build here.

A Little About Me

I’m Tom (my mates call me Norx).

I’m an Arsenal fan, I love the outdoors, and I’m always up for a laugh.

Oh, and I’ve been with my fiancée Jess for over 15 years.
Before coaching, I was a plumber.

And yes — you’re probably saying “doesn’t that pay well though?”

Plumbers do okay I’d say, if they’re good.

But money alone wasn’t enough for me. I wanted to build something meaningful. Something that genuinely changed people’s lives.

I found that in coaching.

For the past 6+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of professionals who were stuck in the same start–stop cycle you might be in right now.

Most of the people I coach aren’t beginners in life.

They’re capable.
Driven.
Successful.

They just haven’t had the structure, support, or accountability around their health and fitness.

My approach is simple:

  • Honest conversations — always
  • Clear accountability with real care
  • A private, focused environment
  • Long-term sustainability over short-term hype/fads

No extremes.
No crash dieting.
No ego.

Just structured coaching built around real lives.

And ideally, I’d love to be the last coach you ever need.

What Happens Next

Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Book Your Strategy Call

We start with a relaxed 30-minute strategy call.

It’s not a sales call — it’s simply a conversation to understand where you’re at and whether working together makes sense.

During the call we’ll:
• Get clear on what’s been holding you back
• Build a simple plan you can actually stick to
• Leave knowing exactly what to do next

No pressure. No obligation.

Just clarity on whether this is the right next step for you.

I only take on a small number of coaching clients at a time to ensure every client receives proper support and attention.

Step 2: Invitation to the Gym

If it feels like a strong fit, you’ll be invited down for a complimentary session.
No charge.

This includes:
• A movement assessment to gauge your current ability, which will then help me design your program. Should we start working together
• A chance to experience the private gym
• A conversation about how you currently train
• An opportunity to see whether the environment feels right for you

This isn’t a “trial workout.”
It’s about making sure this is a long-term fit both ways.

Step 3: Kick-Off & Programme Design

If we decide to move forward:
• We schedule your start date
• We complete a deeper lifestyle and goal assessment
• You receive your structured training plan
• We outline expectations clearly
• We build your 16-week roadmap

From there, we begin properly.
No guessing.
No improvising.
No “let’s just see how it goes.”
Structured from day one.

Investment

I want to be open and honest.

This is structured 1–1 coaching in a private studio environment.

It’s not a £30 gym membership.
It’s not a generic online plan.
And it’s not a short-term transformation.

Most clients invest between £300–£600 per month, depending on support level.

That reflects:

  • Personalised 1–1 coaching
  • Structured training + nutrition
  • Ongoing accountability
  • A private, focused environment
  • A system designed for long-term sustainability

This is for people who value quality over convenience.

I only take on a small number of clients at a time to keep coaching personal and effective.

On your strategy call, we’ll clarify:

  • Where you are now
  • What’s kept you inconsistent
  • Whether this structure fits

If it does, we move forward.
If it doesn’t, I’ll tell you.

Personal trainer coaching a client

Who This Is (And Isn’t) For

This isn’t for everyone.
If you’re looking for:

  • A quick fix
  • Rapid extreme weight loss
  • Something you can half-commit to

I’m not the right coach for you.
But if you’re ready to:

  • Train consistently
  • Take ownership
  • Follow structure
  • Build something you don’t have to restart

Then this will permanently change how you approach your health.

FAQs

How many sessions per week do I need?

Most clients train 1/2 times per week depending on schedule and goals. I have some clients who train in person once per month. There are different package options depending on how frequently you want to train in person.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. A lot of my clients start unsure or maybe lacking confidence with their health and fitness. That’s exactly what coaching is for.

Is this suitable if I’ve never used free weights?

100% I love helping beginners start their training journey. I will always make sure technique and confidence are built progressively.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice strength improvements within the first 4 weeks and visible changes within 8-12 weeks, depending on consistency and intensity.

Is there a contract?

This is a structured 16-week commitment. That structure is what drives results.

What if I travel or work gets busy?

The programme is built around that reality. Adjustments are made without abandoning structure or your missing out on what is included within your package.
