
Before I started training with Tom, I felt pretty unmotivated—probably like a lot of people out there.
I wanted to improve my fitness, I felt sluggish, and I definitely wanted to feel better about myself. But I had one concern: I wasn’t sure if I would find the right style/coach for me… By ‘style,’ I mean I wanted a coach who could guide me, someone I could trust, and who knew how to help me navigate every scenario—whether it was training, nutrition, or lifestyle management. This was crucial for me as a busy business owner.
As soon as we began, I thought, ‘Yeah, this is the guy.’ Tom’s approach and genuine care for where you’re starting from are second to none. It didn’t take long for me to realise I’d made the right choice.
Since then, I’ve been able to stay consistent with my training, found a love for fitness again, and learned a lot about technique, especially around functional fitness.
